It is VERY important to remember that on your expiration date, 90 days from the date of processing, your items will become the property of Evolution Home if you do not pick them up beforehand!Ī. When you leave Evolution Home you will receive a copy of the agreement. Be sure to arrive on time our schedule is quite busy, and to make sure you have the best experience, we’d like to spend your allotted time with you.ī. Please allow 48 hours notice before delivery.ī. We schedule appointments Tuesday-Friday from 10am-4pm. All of your items must be clean, free of dust, and in good working condition. Once you have approval regarding your large pieces, reply to the email and schedule your appointment to bring them in. One photo for each piece is preferred. We receive a large volume of consignment requests so we cannot always respond to your request immediately, but we will get back to you as soon as possible.Ī. Please label the attachments with the name of the piece. List in the email the pieces you wish to consign and include your photos as JPG attachments. It is imperative that furniture be in near-excellent condition and keeping with today’s sales trends.ī. Send an email to your name, the best phone number to contact you and your mailing address. Make sure you take a photo in good light, and be sure to take photos and be honest about any damage or imperfections. You will need pre-approval from our consignment manager before you can bring in large pieces. If items are large, take photos and email our team.Ī.
